How long will it take to process my order?

We will work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible. Processing time is anywhere from 1-3 business days depending on the day you place your order.

Will I receive an order confirmation by email?

As soon as you place an order, you will receive a confirmation email that the order has been placed and you will receive another email once the order is being shipped.

Are any discount codes available?

We do offer discount codes. Make sure to subscribe to our newsletter, follow us on Instagram and like us on Facebook so you don’t miss out on any discount codes.

Shipping

Will I receive a shipping confirmation by email?

As soon as the order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation that includes your tracking number. This usually will happen anywhere from 1-3 business days after you place your order. 

Is there any way for me to track my order?

All orders are given a tracking number once they are processed. You will receive your tracking number via email after your order has shipped out.

Can I change the address on my order?

We’re unable to change the shipping address on an order once it’s placed. Once your order ships, we recommend contacting the shipping carrier directly to update your address.

Returns & Exchanges

Is there a return policy?

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment. Customer is responsible for return shipping.
